Persons interested in a post-doctoral (non-tenure track) position in power systems engineering at Arizona State University are invited to submit a resume by July 7, 2011 to Drs. V. Vittal and G. Heydt at heydt@asu.edu It is not certain that a post doctoral position will materialize, but the cited researchers may have research funds arriving in 2011-12 in the areas of power systems and renewable resources. Please indicate the dates of your availability, your area of interest, and permission to contact your doctoral advisor.
Note that Arizona State University has a large power engineering program which covers a wide range of subjects including power systems, transmission and distribution, power electronics, power marketing, and high voltage engineering.
